The returned goods/products only available with the valid reason. For example, ColorFruits send the wrong product to customer or the glass broken (in this case, ColorFruits will bear the shipping cost) and ColorFruits will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been tear off/ used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 14 days after the confirmation.
Not any refund for the reason like customer order the wrong product, the taste does not same with the expectation. ColorFruits will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
